I love Pink. I think she is hot, smart and just all around kick ass and we need more women like her in this fucked up world we live in. Women who are not afraid to speak their minds and actually have something intelligent to say. Instead we have a pop culture saturated with the mindless, numb, drugged out, hurting, messed up, RICH and talentless starlets. Now I hear Britney Spears little sister is giving up her baby to her Mother so she can prusue her career as an actress? Oh that’s freaking wonderful. I was wondering how long it was going to sink in that she was trading a baby for fame. Fame won that one. Damn.

Pink and Britney work with some of the same producers and Pink wouldn’t write a song for Britney Spears because she’s an “entertainer” and not a “real singer”. She said:
“Not because I don’t like (Spears) - I do think she’s crazy enough to do one of my songs. But it’s very hard for me to let go of my songs and theonly people I write for are real singers - not that she’s not a real singer, but she’s more of an entertainer. When I mean real singers, I mean the likes of Lauryn Hill, Faith Hill - and I’d write for Amy Winehouse, because you need serious attitude to carry off the dumb stuff I write about.”
I couldn’t agree more, Britney is definitely more of an entertainer than a real singer. In fact, sometimes I wonder if she’s a singer at all. Click here to check out one of her recent lip-syncing performances.
