    The Rules and Requirements:

  1. You must have a website, community or journal that offers 100x100 sized icons for adoption on a regular basis. No personal journals that offer icons "sometimes".



  2. Icon Template, Base communities, Icon Request and Contest communities are ALL welcome. Dead journal and Greatest journal icon sites are also welcome.


  3. You MUST place the code on your site within hours after signing up.



  4. No credit Nazis. Unless the icons "original" artwork belongs to you. Asking for credit is fine but if your obnoxious about icon keyword credit....then move it along we don't want your kind in these here parts.


  5. Just as long as the icons are 100x100 pixels in size and you have some talent then you'll fit in just fine.


  6. You must be some what of a talented artist and willing to share your icons!
    7. That's about it. Enjoy the webring!
